Respects to Crystal.

I met Crystal at a school career fair. She introduced herself saying, "I am very passionate about mens' hair!" And we needed that at groom. From that day on we have received so much more. She is exceptional and was quick getting there. I work all over the world and have taught many. Crystal is, in my most honest words, one of the best haircuts in the world. She is one of the few who I know who really understands the physics and art direction of this craft. This is why she directs our team in education.

I have learned about her through the years. She possesses high amounts of natural talent. But it doesn't complete the knowledge. She studies, she practices, she researches, and then she delivers. She works hard to be the best. And she knows the difference between "almost there" and "respectfully complete".

She has been a wonder full of inspiration to me. Of course I admire her talent, appreciate her professional integrity, rely on her leadership, and consider her a partner.

It is the wonder full of life experiences that I have no true understanding of that makes me respect her and get a little intimidated. I have watched her grow to this reliable, integrated barber and teacher at groom and then saw so much more.

I started noticing her more when I recognized how her clients loved her. Then I watched her living in a life of love and care that involved family -a connected life with the people she grew up with. I met all of her family over the years. And I watched her create a family herself.

Beyond the enormous amount of integrity that she offers to groom, I have trusted her to lead an international education position at American Crew and know she would honor that position with out a fail. As all of this rests dry under the umbrella of her care, her sons and husband grow with laughter and experiences as she so amazingly and quietly sits and watches them.

Crystal is everything I hoped she would be. And everything I hoped I could be.

Thank you, Crystal, for giving your talent and care to groom. It is an honor to have you in our lives for 10 years now. You are truly an inspiration to me.
